Thought i might post my work out i did this morning
not a bad short cardio work out
20 burpees
20 jumping jacks
20 walking lunges
5 mins jog
10 push ups
10 reverse push ups
20 lunges
5 mins jog
1 min plank on elbows
20 full sit ups
5 mins jog
20 bicycle crunches
don't forget water and breath
